Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer exchanges.

For physical products only, if you are not satisfied with your Glowvo order, you can return your products within 14 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your account. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 

Refunds on digital products

Due to the nature of our digital products being knowledge based, we do not offer refunds for any digital program that has already been made available to the customer. For that reason, please read product information carefully before making purchases. We reserve the right to cancel your membership at anytime if there is evidence of misconduct such as password sharing and allowing someone else to use your account.
